SHIPPING POLICY

How Long does delivery take within the UK?

Our Luna Dungarees are handmade to order especially for you, meaning each piece is unique to the wearer, it also minimizes the waste we produce as a business.

Your order will be cut, sewn and dispatched within 3 weeks of your order placement date. Once dispatched, your order should arrive in 3-5 working days.

We aim to dispatch all other items within 2 working days from order placed date, once dispatched orders should arrive in 3-5 working days.

If you have ordered a made to order item along with a ready to ship item then they will be dispatched together, therefore you will have to wait up to 3 weeks for your whole order to be dispatched. 

How much is Delivery?

 

We dispatch all our orders via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, we have a set delivery cost of £3.95.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately we don't currently ship outside of the UK.

RETURNS POLICY

Can I return my item?

Made to order garments are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect, if you are not satisfied with your product please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and I will do my best to help. For faulty or incorrect items, you can return to us as long as it remains unworn / unused and in it's original packaging with labels and swing tags still attached.

To request a return please email us and include your name, order number and reason for return. We will reply with a confirmation email along with instructions on how to return your item. Lana Luna reserves the right to refuse any goods returned outside the time limit stated and / or goods which do not meet the conditions detailed above.

Who pays for return shipping?

Any items returned are at the customers expense. Please retain proof of postage until the refund is received. Lana Luna is not responsible or liable for any duties or custom charges incurred in returning products to us.

When will I get my refund?

Once the item is returned and received by us and is found to meet our conditions, we will process your refund to your original payment method which should arrive in your account in 3-5 working days. Postage on returns, refunds and exchanges will not be refunded.
